We love to climb on a symmetrical system board. It's an unbelievable way to get crazy strong and work your weaknesses. Check out how can you use this training tool here. The hold set creates an endless amount of problems and ways to set that lets you get creative. 

We found it difficult to find a good symmetrical set of holds that has the perfect spread of difficulty so we decided to start from the ground up to put together our perfect set. We have designed our set to work on boards from 20 - 45 degrees with the steeper boards giving you the most difficulty. 

24 holds in total including:

• Two large pinches
• Two sloper balls
• Two large crimpy jugs
• Two positive (incut) large crimps
• Two negative (sloping) large crimps
• Two  positive (incut) small crimps
• Two negative (sloping) small crimps
• Two flat large crimps 
• Eight footholds / pebble slopers 
• Fixings are a mixture of M10 bolts and screws. Bolts and screws not included.
